You might have seen those around my media, but the memories are way too awesome not to share. Theo and i were waiting the moment that it would snow on mountain Ainos, and once it did we were ready to jump in on a little trip.
I think that for once i was out of words once we reached the point to leave our car and start walking to the top. We’re living on a “tropical” island, while we’re both born for the cold and snow. The pictures perfectly describe how serene, cold, and quite it was.
And as insane as we were, despite all the things we had to do, we dropped everything and went for it the very next day again. As the quote above states people, that’s when awesome adventures begin, when plans end.
We discovered a magical, secret path, dark and amongst woods, full of snow. There are no pictures because i was clearly so in the moment, i had almost teared up living in so much beauty.
But the happiest of all, was our little pooch. It was just the second (and the next day the third) time that we had her off her leash. It’s always stressed by dog trainers that huskies should never be without a leash because they can easily run away and never come back.
Not only she’s beautiful as an angel and has the purest and kindest soul i’ve ever met, she would just not leave our side. You could see all over her face how excited she was not to only be in the snow, but run up and down the road, all around us. She would jump and fall down, and make circles. After 5 hours of walking she was still as excited as she was the first second.
And as always we went all the way to the top to our favourite bench. There was almost no snow, but it was a good way to rest. Obviously we were happy to go hike all the way back. We’re so ready for the next snowfall!
That second day was all kinds of awesome, and on our way down, we came face to face with wild goats. Who were completely unsurprised to see us.
Here’s to adventures my dear friends. May you always find yourself in beautiful places and creating wonderful memories.
