Literally, i fought through the whole, getting ready for vacation process. The work overload to wrap up everything, was completely exhausting. But, after a whole year, i’m able to finally take some time off. The last time, was exactly a year ago, in December, when i was in Athens for my surgery. And boy, that was some weird time off. Not needing any other like that!
Can’t really put my mind into just how many things happened through the whole year. It must have been the most exciting, successful, sad, and terrifying year of them all. But most of everything, it treated me SO well. And what’s not better take the time to enjoy the last days of this year.
You’ll find me somewhere in Athens, with the hubs, spending time with family, friends, relaxing and having fun. I’ve already scheduled posts for all the time i’ll be away, so this blog, simply will go on as i never left! I decided to go on with my posts, instead of having guest posters. It’s such a busy month, that i just didn’t want to burden anyone.
Honestly, i may even believe that the posts now on, are probably even of the best through the year. I’ve got some awesome Christmas recipes, printable, the freelance life posts, wallpapers, all festive spirited!
You can still reach me through Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. And i’ll definitely be checking on your comments here daily. My email will be in auto response though. I’ll be checking them as well, but tweet me if it’s something emergent 🙂
Although, i’m not really leaving from the social media and blog, i wish you have the best last days of this year. Make it even more awesome than it really was. And if it wasn’t, you still got some time to change the whole year around. Sending you all my love

Lately i’ve been doing nothing but scanning flowers and plants. It’s definitely my favourite past time! I’ve been even thinking all the lovely flowers i can get from the florist and all the patterns i can create. Pattern making should get in my cv at this point hahah And not to mention a completely mind… Read more »

And not to mention a completely mind blowing collaboration i’ve had the past couple of weeks. It was my breakthrough to fashion industry people and i can’t wait to share all about it. Let’s say it has to do with a SS15.
This is definitely going to be a regular from now on. I’ve been thinking of updating my portfolio, and i’ll have a whole new section with plants / floral patterns. And prepared a couple of wallpapers for ya, that black, white, blueish shade completely blows my mind!

Especially now, that i’m all in the line art / pattern making obsession, there were so many great possibilities of creating a complex geometric totem. I know for a lot dreamcatcher are a part of your childhood and not only, so here’s this one, keeping the bad dreams away.

Lately, i’ve been working more and more on packagings, and oh boy i can’t wait to share with you all that with time.
Tara, the lady behind Lady Botanica, wanted to work on branding her clay for internal and external cleanse. I couldn’t be more excited to jump in right away! A spiritual, with organic, and Egyptian aesthetics felt like a perfect logo to work on some hand drawn stuff.
The ideas where a lot, and we kept them coming back and forth. We may have drifted just a bit from the original moodboard, but it definitely captures the essence behind Lady Botanica.
Organic, patterned, natural, Egyptian. An ancient healer.
The process of Lady Botanica was one of the most exciting ones. I always love creating quite the variety for my clients to cover almost all kinds of different designs. This one, couldn’t have more. The ideas and concepts kept coming and coming, and all i had to do is find a way how to make them work.
There are kind of few different styles below, Egypt definitely inspired me quite a lot. It was such a fun part to design everything from sketches to real life logos.

For the whole past month, every Monday i’d be like whoa it’s Monday. And the next thing i knew, it was back on Monday again. Crazy how time passed by with the whole month full of work. BUT, it’s only 11 days for me and i’m finally on my way to deep relaxation and doing nothing. Ah it’s sounds like a dream already.
I’ve got so many things to be happy about now that December is here. And it’s not just the vacation. Of all months, i think this one is my favourite. It’s the most warm, cozy, family, cheerful like month of them all. With our Christmas tree up, the lights and candles, hot chocolate, it’s so difficult for me to stay focused. But it definitely gives me a push to wake up earlier in the morning. Working when the sun hasn’t still gone up, with the Christmas tree lit, is absolutely magical.
Aren’t you excited for December? What’s the best thing of the month that you’re looking forward to?
Oh and here’s a quick December wallpaper for you guys. To keep the spirits ups!
